I just bought a Richmodel Cap 232 electric powered airplane, it has a 36.5″ wingspan and weighs 21.2 oz (600g) through ebay. I’ve been out of RC for a while and am only familiar with glow fuel engines, what is a good size and brand of motor for this airplane? I’d rather it be overpowered than under. thanks.
I got a mini rc helicopter today, not sure of the brand. I think it is called a super battleplane item number 8817. and the trimming doesn’t seem to work. I can not get to to fly streight. Any ideas/ suggestions?

I have jusrt made a hull for a rc boat out of polystyrene and have coated it in 2 layers of 450 g chop strand fibreglass and now i want to make the hull smooth. i have seen something rubbed over fibreglass before and then sanded smooth but i need something that can go underwater and possibly painted.

Im looking to buy an rc gas powered car that costs under 200
i’m curious as to whether they use unleaded gas and what the life expectancy for one of them would be.
Has anyone ever bought one of these? can you tell me from personal experience how well they perform and how long they run and where i can get one.
Im trying to find a website that can sell me a cheep (under 200) but good quality car. I have a few hobbie shops around where i live but their cars cost from 300 to 500.

Contrary to what a lot of people will think I am not using this to make gun powder. I am a model rocket hobbyist and am interested in making sugar rockets. These require potassium nitrate which is getting harder to come by these days plus it’s cheaper this way. I found someone selling info on this but once again I would like to keep the cost of making this as low as possible. Thanks.

I’m going to build an RC tank kind of thing. I want it to have tracks instead of wheels. How can I build some and what materials should I use?
It’s going to be fairly large. 2 ft. long or so.
