Rc helicopter accident?

I recently bought a honey bee cp3 from banana hobby’s web site, and im new to this hobby so i dont know much. But anyways i plugged everything in like it said and as soon as i did the heli took off into walls and such ripping it to pieces. The transmitter has little switches to swith from normal to reverse(didnt know what they were till after) and they were all switched to reverse. Is there any way that they would re fund it? It is supposed to be a ready to fly heli so any beginner would know not to mess with any of the buttons, so i left them alone. What can i do?

i have finished vicecity 26% and now i am at rc helicopter mission
“DEMOLISH THE BUILDING BY SITTING IN TOPFUN CAR”
by bomb with a robot helicopter car…..
and here in this mission i dont know how to complete that it is very hard…
so please can anybody help me by giving any “CHEAT” or “TIPS”
i have finished vicecity 26% and now i am at rc helicopter mission

What are some sentimental but inexpensive gift ideas for my parents?

My sister and I already bought them each a small present from us, but I also want to do something special for the both of them because we’ve had some really creative presents in the past. I was thinking of putting together a gift basket for the two of them, but I don’t know what I’d put in it.. I already got a lotion/hand soap set for my mom and a mini RC helicopter for my dad (he’s a kid at heart lol). Any ideas of what I could put in the basket, or easy things I could make for them instead? Thanks!
Oh, I also don’t mind getting them something store-bought as long as it is original and creative. =)
