just finished a training design and development project and my project mgr asked me to write a ‘lessons learned’ paper. Do you know of a format/model that I can use to write the paper? Your advice is appreiciated!

If you are a personal/ fitness trainer or a fitness competator/model please give me your advice.
I am 5’2″ at about 105-106 with 22% body fat.. I strength train every other day… cardio once a day generally walk/jog… however to run on the ground strains my arches and hips so I can’t keep the intensity up. I would use a treadmill or eliptical trainer however I can’t afford a gym membership right now. My goal is to maintain my weight but be at 18% body fat or so. I would have great muscle definition if I could burn off some more body fat. I eat very healthy and drink water all day. Thank you so much for your time!
I don’t think I am fat, I eat small mealls through out the day, I chase my son around the house and yard, sports with friends and such but Im thinking I want to learn how to lean down for say fitness competition or fitness modeling.
i am female
O and I am 26

I’m looking to hava custom rc car made for my boyfriend as a gift but i have had little luck finding some one who builds them Any help or advice would be apprecitated
Please bear with me, i posted alot, but u guys need every detail in order to help.
i hope sparky sees this.
I currently drive a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo V6 4.0 liter (RWD & AWD switchable)
I do NOT know what the stock alternator amp output is, i looked everywhere, cant find it.
My last system was (encluding speakers, regular electrical system requirements)
[(Also there was NOT an extra amp for regular speakers for mids highs)]
Amp = JL audio 1000/v2 (1000rms at all ohms 4, 2, or 1 ohm)
2 farad capacitor (typical voltage reading was (12 – 13.8) At hard hits, sometimes dropped to 11.3v
three 12″ JL w3v3s (each individually 500rms, 1500rms total)
My lights would dim really bad before, & not just headlights, my speedomter, headunit, everything.
***************************************************************************
***************************************************************************
Im getting a new system that will be powered by two (KAC-9105D amps)
They be running both at 2 ohms. Individually each putting out 900rms. (1800rms total)
So 1800watts. At 12.4v this will need at least 146 amps from the alternator.
( i plan on having these two amps hooked up to 4 12″ subs. each with a rms power of 350 or 400.
If i upgrade to a alternator that has a output of 136 amps.
& upgrade to this battery in the engine (DieHard Automotive Battery, Platinum P-2 – Group Size 65)
battery info =
Cold Cranking Amps (CCA at 0 deg.F): = 930
Reserve Capacity (RC): 135 minutes
Amp Hours at 20 Hour Rate: 75
Since this alternator will NOT supply the necessary power, HERE IS MY QUESTION!
With this alternator, and this battery, at 12.4v average, with a “high end” estimated total draw of the entire system at like 2,300watts)
Will this be sufficient power if i also include two separate 2 farad caps at each amp. ( 1 per amp)
Basically, will this be okay for my electrical system and battery to handle.
I know the battery will be used when the bass hits hard. But will this be a acceptable power source?
