math???????????????

a model rocket is launched from a platform 2 feet above the ground with an initial upward velocity of 100 feet per second. After how many seconds will the rocket hit the ground?

I am very confused can someone please help?

Mr. Alim’s science class launched a toy rocket from ground level with an initial upward velocity of 60 ft per second. The height ‘h’ of the rocket in feet above the ground after ‘t’ seconds is modeled by the equation h=60t-16t^2. How long was the rocket in the air before it returned to the ground?

Does someone know why the heli violently pitched up at the dive? (I had 0° blade pitch all the time) 9th FPV heli flight Smaller and lighter landing gear (stock gear instead of T-Rex 600) The helicopter tipped over at a stupid range test on the ground with low head speed before- had to replace the flybar and two servo gears The main gear lost some teeth but the motor can’t slip so I did not replace it- you can only hear the gap at the helicopter sound The blades are grazed at the tips but no problem I have tested the RC range of the heli, it is approx. 600m with activated video TX, no motor. physical science math question help?

okay, so say i launched a toy rocket from ground level with an initial upward velocity of 60 fps. the hight ‘h’ of the rocket in feet above the ground after ‘t’ seconds is modeled by the equation; h=60t – 16(t squared). how long was the rocket in the air before it returned to the ground?

PLEASE help me .with this problem?

Suppose a model rocket is launched from a platform 2 ft above the ground with an initial upward velocity of 100 ft/s. After how many seconds will the rocket hit the ground? Round the solution to the nearest hundredth.
(a)4.67 seconds
(b)6.27 seconds
(c)46.71 seconds
(d)62.71 seconds
