Well first off, ill start by saying that i already have abs and you can see the ’6-pack’ as i also have little fat. However, i wanna bring it up to the next level, yknow, the type you’d see on underwear box models ?
First off, will crunches do this for me ? Whats a good # of rep ? I get sorta pissed being able to do so many. All these while ive been doing tons of sit ups, but i hear crunches are more effective. So i tried it, but i felt like some turtle on its back, and strained my neck too.
Secondly, they say it only trains the upper abs ? Definitely i wanna train the whole thing so info is much appreciated!
Um..i have no fat problem, i just need to build it up
