Crazy neighbor calling the police all the time?

I have a neighbor that I’ve lived next to since October 15. She or her apartment renters have called the police on my family 6-7 times in a 4 month period. Trivial things, my dog was outside in the rain (for 10 mins) my sons are playing to rough with the dogs, I left tire tracks in her driveway. (we share a driveway) Shooting off a model rocket. She called the police out 3 times yesterday. I tried to charge her with harassment but the magistrate said there are no harassment charges in NC that would fall under that catergory. I don’t want to take this to an attorney. Can’t afford it. Any suggestions?

Break-in RC T-Maxx 3.3 Help needed?

I was about to go on my 4th tank of fuel for break-in when it started to rain heavily. Is it okay to hold off on my last two tanks of fuel. If not what should I do?

Potty training advice?

I have a 6 mos old SCWT. It is a she. I also have a 3 1/2 yr old boy. I am having the hardest time potty training her. I’ve tried crating her and then taking her outside on the hour and she won’t go. 5 mins later she goes in the house. I’ve tried to let my boy be a “role model” but she doesnt’ pay attention to him. It’s almost like she doesn’t know that it is okay to go outside because I’ll take her for walks and she won’t go. Any advice for getting her to go outside. I’m trying to be patient but it is kind of wearing thin. I also live in Pittsburgh so the weather at times can be a bit foul (rain, cold, ice, snow).
Thanks for any tidbits.

Crotch Rocket .?

I’m sure there’s a better word, but I don’t have one. Motorcycle I suppose. Anyways, I want one but I don’t know enough about them to buy one. I know how to ride, and I know basic stuff, but I don’t really know any models, how much to pay, or what year. My budget is around 1500 to 2000 dollars. Oh, and does rain effect owning a bike much, because I live in Oregon. Domo.
