The markings on my Train, are the Baldwinn Locomotive Works Philadelphia Bachman Industries Inc 1910 Chatanooga Rail Line # 12 July 1910 #34942 Transformer model # 6609 Philadelphia PA made in China Has the metal tracks< their are 2 passenger cars w/ wood stoves, 20 1/2"Lx6 1/2 T x 4 1/2 w yellow with grey roof trimmed in green#17. #16 has an area for cargo and the doors slide"Railway Express Agency" on side. Both have a rose/gold colored upper small windows and clear windows on bottom. Coal Tender is14"x4 1/2x 5" green trimmed in gold all metal wheels. Is it normal for a 15 year old to cry about petty insults, set RC cars on fire, etc….?
Some of you might remember I’ve posted about this guy before. He’s a fresshie’ in my math class and today he started crying because he didn’t know how to awnser a math question on the board! Then some kid on the bus said fresshies’ suck so he started crying there! He also follows me around and talks about bizzare things like seting things on fire and stealing trucks! Like today he was rambling on about how he sets his RC cars on fire and watches the batteries explode! And every time a construction worker drives a cart by (our school’s under reconstruction) he says he want’s to steal it! Is this common? I don’t know anyone else like this but do you?
(Also today he was sitting nxt to me and everytime he got up or down he touched my leg! I don’t think he’s gay, but I don’t know!)
By the way, do you know how I can get ride of him without hurting his fellings?
(Anything the SLIGHTEST bit rude will make him cry, so DON”T suggest that!)
Well, it’s not just batteries. He seems to alaways be talking about dowsing something in gasoline and igniting it! I don’t know if he auctually does everyhting he does, I get the impression that he just says he does it cause’ he thinks it will make him fit in more and fell tougher!

i have an RC monster truck (radio shack). cant steer left or right. it goes forward and backward only. help!
it was purchased last year. after storage, we find that it cant steer left or right. it is ok going forward and backward only. dont know anything really about RC vehicles so i am looking for some help. thanks!

what’s a good after school job for a 14 year old?
I am a 14 year old freshman in high school.. i am also an RC helicopter pilot. and i need some sort of job to get money since rc helis are definetly not cheap. I live in So. Cal. in the desert, so i can’t mow lawns or shovel snow or anything….
i would like to get a job at a buiseness or something of that sort, not just getting hired by people to do personal chores…
i would need something that i can do after school and or weekends.
What places should i be looking at to get hired? who would most likely hire a 14 year old?
and i live in a small town so i don’t have a whole lot of choices….
so, if any one could help me out, i would greatly appreciate it

IDEAS required for COMPENSATION in a startup!!?
It is a 3-year old, privately held, small U.S. training company, well known in its space. Wants to expand to third world Country-X. Set foot in Country-X one year ago, did initial business, but everything was directly controlled from the U.S. Nobody local to drive the business, hence, hardly started.
Enter trusted Aide, a professional, trained in the U.S., who now wants to part-own and lead business in Country-X. U.S. provides funding, training material and back-end support. Initial 6 months evaluation agreed upon, and Aide settles on a small compensation package. Time passes. Aide, now in Country-X for an year, has control of daily buiness (and very little visibility on finances) and grows it seriously. Makes decent money for Country-X office, which is small and can collapse without the aide.
Consider that Aide has forgone better offers to make this an “own” company. Looking for guidance on salary, % ownership etc. models with / without Aide’s capital investment.
