I am looking for a good model train set to buy as a gift for my 9 year old son. I would like to get something that he will carry into adulthood and can continue to add onto throughout the years. Any suggestions on what is the best brand/set to buy? and what is a good startup package? thanks

My 5 yr old daughter needs a science project. And it needs to be something that a 5 year old can do, because any parent involvment is means for Ineligibility to participate.
This is kinda tough.. so i need a very simple project that my 5 year old can do (of course im going to help her). She can read and write very simple words (man, snaps, hand, ect ). She can count to 100.
The project can NOT include:
- Live animals, dissection
- displays, models or informational reports such as rockets, volcanoes, tornadoes, solar system models, dinosaurs. Project must be an experiment following scientific method.
- Flames or inflammatory items, dry ice, or dangerous chemicals. Any items that may be dangerous to students.

I am proud to be a truck driving Redneck. I is way better than living in some city with no freedom and no place to run cattle. I go to Cincinnati a few times a year and hate it all. The interstate the most! I hate the Interstate!! If I lived in a city I would shoot myself. I drink RC. I drive a truck. I run cattle and hunt deer. If you dont like it, go back to the city and live your crappy traffic filled lives. IT IS SO MUCH BETTER OUT HER!! I can run over your crappy mercades, toyota, or bmw with my 1977 Chevy Truck. it has no exhaust sysytem. Cant get much more uncity than that. I would wake people up driving it!! If I see you I will blow some smoke on you. If you dont like my lifestyle, get over it!!

My 13 year old nephew has moved in with my parents next door to me. He’s a wonderful child who has not had a healthy role model. He was in many fights in school and is below his level in academics. He does NOT do well in public schools at all! It’s due to the way my sister raised him. But, now he is here (next door) and we (my mother and I) have decided to both home school him. My mom ordered all the materials and I will be teaching him Math, Computer Skills, Typing and Reading. Yesterday was a very difficult day. It was our first day with Math. He is definately behind but I was positive through the whole experience. It took him 3 hours to understand the Periods of a number. You know… ones, tens, hundreds, thousands, ten thousands, etc. At this rate we are not going to get through the material to keep him on track. I’ve taught adults to read in the past and have trained many adults for work purposes. But, this is new to me. Can anyone please help me with teaching skills

I took a photography class a year ago and still have all the supplies I used for that class. I want to sell them all, including my photography camera…
The model of the camera I have is — Canon EOS Rebel k2
It isn’t digital, but it does have a digital read out. It is in perfect shape, practically brand new and comes with the original lens and a long-range lens. Also a strap~
A black storage binder that seals completely shut to protect negatives.
There are still plastic archival sheets for negatives and developed photos inside the storage binder, many of which were untouched.
A developer tank that can fit two rolls of film.
A used box of Ilford photographic paper multigrade IV RC deluxe (8x10in)
— It was a box of 100 but I am not sure how much is left as I do not have a safe place to open it and see! The paper inside is in its black protective envelope and the box has been stored in a bag for over 1 and a half years~ It still feels fairly heavy, but that could be the material of the box.
-And- A textbook used in class called “A short course in Photography” by Barbara London/Jim Stone.
I want to sell all this stuff together, locally, how much do you think I should sell it for?
How much is all of this worth?
It would be good, obviously, for a beginner in a photography class.
