Which Air Hogs RC Airplane should I get?

I am looking for a 10 year old as a gift. He is considering the Aero Ace, the Storm Launcher, and the Storm Launcher Mini. He wants a plane with wheels for ground takeoff. The Aero Ace is supposedly better as a biplane, but the jet has wheels. Also, I heard that the Storm Launcher is too large, at a length of around 20 inches. Any ideas?

What is the best RC airplane for less than $70? (Christmas Gift)?

I am looking to buy a radio controlled airplane for my husband for Christmas. He wants one that takes off from the ground, and has a wingspan of 30in or more. He had a Sky Rangers Blue Angel last year, but the wings got broken, and Estes no longer makes the replacement parts for it. Basically, he wants the same thing again, but I can’t seem to find anything. I am looking to spend less than $70. Anyone know a good website or even a specific plane I could check out? Thank you!

America’s Next Top Model Cycle 6: What kind of training did Danielle Evans get?

Danielle Evans won last year but she had to agree to get rid of her southern accent. If you watched the final episode, Tyra specified what kind of training she would get.
So what kind of lessons did she get? Voice, speech, etc?
Any good links to where I can find these classes?

want more answers…guys especially. is this a good idea?

i’ve been w/my bf for almost 3 years now. we’ve had our ups and downs in the past (i have pmdd and he’s had depression in the past but we are both better now w/meds and counseling) but things have been great the past year. i have 3 little girls part-time that he adores and sees often (they spend the night w/me at his house once a week). we have discussed living together this coming Feb when my apt lease is up and marriage in the future.
in the beginning, i was pretty clingy and suffocated him alot. i’ve learned not to do that as much and things are better now.
he’s been really good to me the past month-helped fix my car when it broke, loaned me money when i was a little short, and helped me pick out and buy christmas presents for my kids. I want to show him how much i appreciate it by cooking him a nice dinner and lighting candles on the table while he’s at the flying field w/his friends flying rc airplanes this coming wednesday. do u think he’ll like this?
he knows i’m coming to the house but the original plan was for me to wait until he was done at the flying field and he’d call me. instead i’m going to use my house key and make dinner along with light candles on the table and wait for him.

he’s 29 and i’m 28. i love him very much and just want to show him how thankful i am he’s in my life and how much i appreciate all he’s done for me.

surprising him w/dinner-will he think i’m too needy?

he knows i’m coming over to spend time with him that night (i normally work and he has off but i took that night off this week) but isn’t expecting me until he calls me to tell me he’s home from the field. i have a house key so i thought it would be sweet to cook dinner and be waiting for him as a surprise.

would this make him think i’m too needy?

CLARIFICATION

i always cook dinner for him on the days we spend together (along with doing the laundry and dishes) but i’ve never had it set up w/candles lit as a surprise before-i thought it would be nice

Would Pol Pot have approved ?

Was “Cambodia Year Zero” anything like this ?
A person is recruited on the basis that there will be:

PM/FL, (automated periodic-maintenance, fault-logging, functionality built in to the system),
training modes that would help to set to work the system,
Automated testing,
Design for testability,
Model-based testing,
and that models already exist and are validated.

Later it is recognized that human input is valuable,
so automated design, integration, test, etc is wound back somewhat, so as to involve staff more and obtain their presumably very valuable input.

Human input to ensure that automated tools can be run,
that model-based testing is all working,
that re-engineering, reverse engineering, is all working as needed,
is overlooked.

The organisation is now a different animal to what the person signed up for.

Project starts to get a feel like “Cambodia year zero”.

Little “Pol Pots” start to arise in the workplace, ensuring we can’t go back to methods that worked.
